Every year, hundreds of Bigfoot hunters, enthusiasts, and researchers gather at Bigfoot conferences across the United States in an effort to share research, stories, and fellowship. This documentary focuses on a small pocket of Bigfoot believers in attendance at two conferences in East Texas and Arkansas: The Original Texas Bigfoot Conference in Jefferson, Texas and The Boggy Creek Festival in Fouke, Arkansas.
Cryptozoologists Lyle Blackburn, Nick Redfern, Ken Gerhard, Rob Riggs, John Morley and many others share their perspectives about the elusive cryptid known as the Southern Sasquatch. The resulting documentary gives an engaging view of the variety of personalities and perspectives at these conference events, while also contemplating the nature of faith and religion in relation to Bigfoot.
