Each spring, in beautiful cabins in the heart of Quebec maple country, solitary artisans maintain a centuries-old tradition. This documentary short tells the stories of these men who keep alive the spring ritual that results in maple syrup. They run the buckets and boil the maple sap in their beautiful, old shacks surrounded by a mystical atmosphere.
