SURFER SUR LA GRACE (SURFING ON GRACE) / Quebec City, Canada / U.S. Premiere

David B. Ricard, director from Quebec, followed his brother Louis, champion of slalom skateboarding in his evolution in the sport for five years. In an introspective approach, he juxtaposes their two courses trying to find some constant: seeking for grace. He forces his brother to question himself and takes him as overtaking model, and also as a lever. A reflection about the fraternal competition is highlighted by interviews with riders, discussions between brothers and by the aesthetic study of the descent and athletic competition.
