The year is 1926. Albert Renaud, a young man, wants to take up acting so he can become world-famous. His acting teacher, 83-year-old Jane Pickford, tells him that, in exchange for a kiss, she'll write him a letter of introduction to her niece, the celebrated actress Mary Pickford. On the train to Los Angeles, Albert meets Grace, a beautiful, young, polyandrous Mormon who falls for Albert's charms. Unfortunately, Albert is thrown off the train by one of Grace's suitors. He continues his trip across the U.S. by walking the Arizona desert in the company of a golf pro. In the course of this coming-of-age experience, Albert emerges as a true hero, and, more importantly, comes to the realization that nothing is worth more than the love of a good woman. Mark Krasnoff plays the role of Noah.
