"The Brush" Embree, a musician, writer and artist, concerns Embree's relationship with the director's father, Vincent "The Mop" Ladesich, and another war time friend, Ken "The Good Doctor" West. The film shows how the three friends turned a graphics lab into a recording studio at night and called it "Studio A."
