2007 Color
This film was conceptualized by several young college-age men who traveled to New Orleans very shortly after Hurricane Katrina, originally to volunteer their relief services, and ultimately to film more than 40 hours of highly diverse footage. They interviewed all manner of people, from poor men on the side of the street, to middle class recovering citizens, all the way up to the President of NBC. The film is in post-production and promises to be a highly moving, inspiring and, above all, meaningful documentary. What you will see here is a sample of what's to come. The completed film will be screened at the 2008 Cinema On The Bayou Film Festival.
