Loosely based on actor Michel Maillot's real life encounter with The Eternal Colonel - a man who might have been Elvis Presley in the early 1990s - it's the story of an actor (played by Maillot) who had an encounter with The Eternal Colonel in 1991. Toying with the line between fiction and reality, Forcier includes footage of experts analyzing actual photos of and writing samples from the Colonel and concluding that there's a good possibility he really was Elvis. Mark Krasnoff co-wrote the screenplay with Forcier and played the role of Hank Sturzberg.
