Director's Biography:

Trai Thomas is a graduate of Louisiana State University, as well as a documentary filmmaker and cinematographer born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. At LSU, Trai was the president of the residential housing association, a member of LSU's rugby league, cinematographer/editing intern for Ted Talks LSU, assistant directing intern for The National WWII Museum, producer/videographer for the LSU Reveille, as well as CEO of his own video production company.

Trai also recently graduated from Southern University at New Orleans with a Master of the Arts degree with a concentration in Museum Studies. Trai completed internships with the New Orleans Jazz Museum, Southern Food and Beverage Museum, The Flood Protection Authority, and The New Orleans Museum of Art through this program. In August, Trai will begin pursuing his Doctorate of Design in Cultural Preservation with a concentration in museum studies from LSU.
