A documentary that focuses on the asylum process and how Covid-19 impacted the LatinX community.

Director's Biography:

Patricio J. Salinas in an independent documentary filmmaker who is based out of Lafayette, Louisiana. Salinas currently teaches video production at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Prior to teaching, Salinas was a press videographer in Texas and Florida. Salinas has screened short documentaries at film festivals in Texas and New York City. His main themes involves the cultural and political aspects of the Hispanic/LatinX community. TAPIZ is his first feature documentary.
