Opening Night Film and Gala Reception

The Festival opens this year with the Louisiana Premiere of Canadian filmmaker Phil Comeau's award-winning film, SCRETARIAT'S JOCKEY, RON TURCOTTE. Comeau, who is based in Montréal and is from Nova Scotia, will attend the film screening. A gala reception will follow with complimentary wine, food and music. Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased at AcA and at the door.

The Lafayette Convention and Visitor's Commission is a major supporter of this year's opening reception.
