SHORT NARRATIVE
Three projectionists break into their former movie theatre, now boarded up and slated for demolition. They hope to screen one last film, for old times’ sake. Gate is the last work in the trilogy La mort d’un cinéma (Death of a Cinema), following Change Over and Filmstripe.
Trois projectionnistes entrent par effraction dans leur cinéma condamné à la fermeture… voulant y projeter, une dernière fois, une dernière présence à l’écran, un dernier souvenir.

This film will screen as part of the French Language Narrative Shorts Program 2, which will begin at 1:30 pm Jan. 23rd, at Vermilionville.
Admission is $5 at the door for the film program or a $10 day pass for Jan. 23rd.
