The New Year is quickly approaching, and this is the busiest time of the year for this noodle shop. The old head cook very strictly watches over his son-in-law, who is due to take over. He angrily throws away every version of the broth that the son-in-law makes saying, "This is not our broth!" The shop closes temporarily while the son-in-law labors in the kitchen to make the broth "just right."
