Director's Biography:

Lizzie Guitreau is a film director and producer out of New Orleans. Her directorial debut, "Laundry Room" was accepted into the 2014 New Orleans Film Festival. Her first job in the industry was as a coordinator for “NCIS: New Orleans,” but she soon found that her heart lies in the NOLA independent film scene. She now works as Chief of Production for local indie film company, Worklight Pictures, and is concurrently producing Worklight’s two feature film endeavors - narrative Easy Does It and Louisiana culture documentary, On Va Continuer! (We Will Continue) which received the 2018 French Culture Film Grant supported by Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities. She was selected as a 2018 fellow in the Southern Producer's Lab through the New Orleans Film Society and in her film career has been a part of no less than 100 music videos, commercials and short films. Lizzie champions women in film and the southern film perspective, and is excited with how the world is turning towards change.
