Julie comes back to claim the inheritance her father left her but her stepmother, Francine, refuses to give it to her. The women will have to come a long way before finding a common ground.

Director's Biography:

In 2017, Didier graduated with a baccalauréat in cinema at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). As part of his studies, he wrote and directed Kelvinator (documentary, short) and EL MANUEL (documentary, short). Coaticook is not only his first film since he left school, but it’s also his first work of fiction.
